Just came in fresh out of the box

Initial thoughts

The box could prbably be a bit smaller, the mod seems mostly plastic, and feels a little flimsy when opening it without the GoPro inside it, got to be careful not to break it when opening it by squeezing it too hard. The “hot shoe” mounts are cold shoes as there are no electrical connections or power for accessories so anything you add must be self powered. Setup was hindered without update so make sure you have internet connection to be able to update.

Final thoughts

Setup was easy, just update and your good to go. Now I just need an excuse to test the recording abilities so I can compare recordings. Hopefully I can get something uploaded to YouTube soon.
