3D Printed Grenade Launcher

I decided I wanted to 3D Print a grenade launcher for my Spyder MRX, I’m mixed between using it for tool storage and making it a flashlight holder.

I started by measuring out my paintball guns Picatinny rail and doing a test print

The I let her rip and went to bed, total print time was over 4.5 hours but the part came out great, albeit a hair short since my print height limit is currently about 100mm so I cut it off at about 92mm

This was a print done at exact specs but with 3d printing there’s some tolerances to deal with, I scaled things up about 102% and printed again another test piece

Then I worked on the design partially based on the current foregrip, part on guesstimates and what I felt I liked aesthetically.
